Feb. 24, 2020: BASIS Bellevue. The site is 15749 NE 4th Street, Bellevue, WA 98008. It is currently an existing school, the Jewish Day School, who intends to sell to a new operator BASIS Independent Schools who will operate the same use. Light renovation in intended over a three phase process (Phase 1 is 2020 to 2021, Phase 2 is 2021 to 2024, and Phase 3 is 2024 and onward). Based on the use and work we see Phase 1 as a Land Use Exemption and Phase 2 and 3 as a Land Use Amendment, and each phase as BZ tenant improvement building permits. We would like to review these and other details with all departments.
