Feb. 26, 2020: Albright dock repair work. Replace worn elements on existing residential dock on Lake Sammamish due to recent storm damage. Dock framing to be replaced in kind/same location with ACZA treated fir beams - stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Pilings to be sleeved if/as needed. Small finger pier to be removed as shown on attached plans.
