April 2, 2020: COBU Bogline Sewer Rehabilitation. There is about 900 LF of sanitary sewer conveyance system which is going through backyards of several homes where there is an easement exists for City of Bellevue. These sewer pipes have flatter slopes than what is required and due to settlement of pipes due to the peat soil there are reversely sloped pipes as well in the system. Such flatly sloped and reversely sloped pipes create settlement of solids inside the pipes causing sever backup and spills resulted in maintenance performing quarterly maintenance on the system for more than 20 years now.
The above system needs to be rehabilitated to improve performance without such maintenance or claims due to sewer back up or spills. This existing system abuts the wetlands and flood plain. Portion of the sewer system is inside the wetland and flood plain. 
This application is submitted to thoroughly understand the permits needed so that to put the project in the correct track from the beginning to avoid and surprises.
