April 29, 2020: Aegis at Lake Hills. Working with Silverado Senior Living Wattenbarger Architects applied for and received approval of the following land use permits related to this project. Under file number 18-126959-LB. Conditional Use Permit Critical Areas Permit Design Review approval Silverado ultimately decided not to pursue the project however Aegis Living has entered i a feasibility review period to determine whether to proceed with the purchase. Aegis Senior Living would like to make limited and strategic modifications to the existing approved design to better work with their operational philosophy and design standards. It is our belief that these modifications are at a level where their impacts are modest in nature and could proceed under an Administrative Modification to the existing CUP. Most of our questions at this time relate to whether the proposed changes required by Aegis can be supported by the City and confirm that those changes can be accomplished through an Administrative Modification process., N/A
