10825 SE Lake Rd

May 5, 2020: 109113854 Shoreline Exemption PSE Gas Install. At the property owners request, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) proposes to install gas service to a single family residence at 10825 SE LAKE RD in Bellevue WA. The preferred method of installation in this case is to use bore pits and directional boring methods to install gas lines from existing gas lines under the paved driveway leading to a meter at the residence. All disturbances will occur within existing the driveway on private property. 
To accomplish this, there will be two bore pits for a total of 2 cubic yards of disturbance. All bore bits are within regulated shoreline, designated Shoreline Residential. This project qualifies for a shoreline exemption under 20.25E.170(C)(7)., 16-146553 BS
