May 7, 2020: Factoria Security Self Storage Foundation Repair. The proposal would add pin piles to the foundation of the building, just outside the eastern building wall but within the footprint of the buildings foundation. Clearing along with some shallow excavation will need to occur within a grass maintenance area adjacent to the east side of the building, to access the building's foundation. All large construction machinery will be staged from the loading dock or parking lot area, no large machinery will be used along the east side of the building. No vegetation other than grass would be disturbed through this proposal. No additional square footage is being added to the building. All disturbed areas will be returned to the existing grade and grass will be replanted immediately after construction., 20 108518 BW
