The proposed project will demolish all existing improvements, combine both parcels into a single parcel and construct a new 2-story office building with Medical/Dental Office use. The building would be constructed above on-grade parking. The owner would also like to construct a church, approximately 13,500 SF, below grade under the on-grade parking with the same footprint as the proposed 2-story building above.
