June 22, 2020: Wilson and Johnson Conservation Subdivision. The project is proposing a 10 Lot Conservation Short Subdivision. The development will occur solely on the west side of the wetland. There is approximately 1,160 SF of buffer encroachment and 1,190 SF of buffer addition proposed (this is subject to change as project moves forward). The east side of the site, outside of the sensitive area buffer, is currently shown to be left undeveloped and will likely remain as the tree retention area.
