June 25, 2020: T-Mobile @ SE02473A NORTHUP RR/PSE/WADOT. Add new mounts for proposed equipment, add and replace ancillary equipment. Additionally, T-Mobile will be replacing existing cabinets in their existing lease area. This project does not increase the height of the facility or the footprint and does not add any additional equipment cabinets and therefore is considered an eligible facility modification request under FCC 6409 rule.
