July 8, 2020: T-Mobile @ SE02462A First Mutual Anchor/L1900/L600. T-Mobile proposes the following scope of work:

Building rooftop inside existing screen enclosure: Replace antennas and add/replace/modify existing associated equipment inside existing screen wall structure. Replace existing screen wall cladding with new FRP sheathing to match existing approved color and texture. 

Ground work: Install new backup generator and associated equipment on new slab on grade, trench new gas line to generator and new power line to site across existing paved parking lot. Additional power upgrade under separate electrical permit to be obtained by contractor.

This project does not increase the height of the facility or the footprint and does not add any additional equipment cabinets and therefore is considered an eligible facility modification request under FCC 6409 rule., 17 116596 CD
