July 16, 2020: Reassessment of Rear Setback. we would like to build a deck on the side of our house that is perpendicular to the se 41st place. it is currently classified at the rear setback and we believe that per bellevue guidance the actual rear yard which is the farthest from the front is the northern most side that runs perpendicular to 134th ave se. we would like a review and an update to the setback requirements so that we can proceed with the deck project and not have to build a deck over the driveway. .
