Aug. 24, 2020: Request for Reasonable Accommodation. I am claiming exemption/asking for reasonable accommodation on behalf of my family to City of Bellevue Land Use Code, Ch. 20.20.720, Subsection A, regarding recreational vehicles, watercraft and utility trailers. A member of my family meets the disability requirements for this exemption according to the requirements under Subsection F, as to recreational vehicles. Her state issued handicap parking placard No. is 135491Z. The Class C motorhome currently on my property fits within the bounds of my driveway and is not visible to properties to the immediate west. Most importantly, it does not obstruct the view of drivers traveling in either direction of 60th pl. I am willing to install a landscaping to partially block the view of the vehicle from the East, which includes 123rd Ave, a bus line. As it sits, the vehicle is visible from only six properties.
