Aug. 26, 2020: Sanders Fire Damage Restoration. Fire damage to SFR, with roof and ceiling framing damage near origin. All interior finishes and fixtures removed, including basement. Framing deficiencies found to be addressed. West side concrete basement wall damage not due to fire (supports roof, ceiling, and floor) possibly dangerous condition. East side elevated deck with missing railing, water damaged railing, and water damaged deck framing isolated to southeast corner wrap around (partial collapse visible and unrelated to fire) considered dangerous/unsafe. Braced walls (shear walls) do not have blocking at joints (unsure as to code enforced at time of original construction so can't verify if this is an issue regarding code). Other miscellaneous issues that could be considered dangerous or not in compliance with code enforced at time of original construction. Need to verify what City will require with the above.
