Sept. 18, 2020: COBU - 448 Dock Removal. *19-111890EA* Decades ago, King County installed a dock on top of a large diameter Stormwater outfall at this address. Since then the dock has fallen into disrepair and does not serve any purpose to Bellevue Utilities. Additionally, the property owners have run into regulatory issues attempting to build their own dock for personal use on the property. We intend to remove the decking from
the top of the pipe, and repair the half round CMP pipe extension as it has become detached from the existing pilings. We also intend to cut the pilings to a uniform height that is not substantially taller than required for supporting the half round pipe.
