Oct. 2, 2020: Sunrise Family Childcare (Daycare center LV permit 11504). This is related to certificate of occupancy permit: 864767

we are in the process of purchasing the property (11504 NE 19th ST, zoning BR-MO) right now which will be closed on Oct. 15 2020. The property was already used as a daycare center by the previous owner. Unfortunately, somehow there was no change of use for it before.

We are using the DEL license for now for the application to get it going as suggested by Lisa Siegman and Kathie Gillis.
