Oct. 6, 2020: My yard NGPE assessment. The trees in my yard need trimming. There are also trees that are dead and may need to be removed. Additionally, there are large trees leaning over my property posing a risk to my house. Part of my yard is under NGPE, or critical area steep slope, or the slope buffer. I would need City assessment of my yard and guidance on what actions are permitted and for what actions I should obtain city permit.
