Oct. 13, 2020: NE 24th Office Building. The proposed project will demolish all existing improvements, combine both parcels into a single parcel and construct a new 2story office building with Medical/Dental Office use. The building would be constructed above on-grade parking. The owner would also like to construct a church, approximately 9,000 SF, below grade under the on-grade parking with the same footprint as the proposed 2-story building above. The project will provide all new landscaping and irrigation. All existing significant trees that are required to be retained will be protected per City standards.
