Oct. 22, 2020: Fence Replacement. **EA 20-115126
The original fence was replaced with a new fence. The fence post holes from the old fence were used for the new fence. West side fence measurement: approx. 208 linear ft. Eastside fence measurement: approx. 160 linear ft. Phase 2 will be to add approximately 100 linear feet of fencing on north edge and east side. Installation of flag pole in lower yard in to be determined location and NOT in setback. Installation of a wood shed in a to be determined location in lower yard and not in setback. Please see possible location marked on site plan. Shed dimensions and materials to be 1x11 siding, 4x4 posts, 2x4 floor, and a shake roof (2 ½ feet deep and 8 feet long).
