4885 Lakehurst Ln
Oct. 27, 2020: PSE Customer Gas Service - Long Residence. Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is requesting a shoreline exemption for gas service connection at a private single-family residence located at 4885 Lakehurst Lane SE, Bellevue WA 98006 and located within 200 feet of Lake Washington. PSE proposes to install a 2 in gas service extension main within the paved right-of-way of Lakehurst Lane SE, then install a 1-1/8 in gas service line to the existing residence at 4885 Lakehurst Lane. To tie into the existing 2 in gas main located in the paved right-of-way of Lakehurst Ln SE, one 5ftx7ft cut will be made in the paved Lakehurst Ln SE right-of-way. To ensure correct placement of the 2 in gas main extension, 7 2ftx4ft hole hog pits will be cut into the paved Lakehurst Ln SE right-of-way. One 3ftx5ft window cut and one 8 in radius pothole will also be cut into the paved right-of-way to ensure correct placement of the gas line, as well as to avoid existing utilities in the project area. The proposed project will result in 11.9 cubic yards of excavation and 11.9 cubic yards of fill, for a project total of 23.8 cubic yards. The site will be restored to pre-project conditions once construction is complete. Best Management Practices and Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control measures will be utilized to ensure no sediment laden runoff will enter the waterway of Lake Washington.
