Dec. 17, 2020: Zimmerman lakeside re-landscape. Re-landscape area between house and Lake Sammamish, including:

1. Restoration of original grade that existed before unpermitted work was done by the previous owner some time before 2012.
2. Replace hard surfaces, rearranging areas covered--reducing width of area on south side, increasing it on north side for new outside dining area
3. Removal of existing swing and pergola
4. Construction of a new pergola over new dining area
5. Low-voltage electrical service to pergola for lighting
6. Replacement of concrete block walls with boulder walls
7. Pulling back bulkhead to create more natural shoreline
8. Replanting
9. Reworked irrigation to match new landscaping

We made an earlier attempt at this project in 2019 before discovering the unpermitted work. There was an earlier predevelopment services application for that version of the project (19-116578-DC).

March 31, 2021: Completed.
