Dec. 23, 2020: 201 106th Ave NE. The 201 106th Avenue NE project will include the demolition of an existing restaurant structure, dry cleaner, and retail shop, and new construction of a mid-rise multifamily residential building with approximately 182 residential units, residential amenities, and below-grade parking for 160 vehicles. The new construction will consist of approximately five levels of Type IIIA construction over three stories of above-grade Type IA construction. The main residential entry is located at the corner at 106th Ave NE and NE 2nd St. The driveway vehicular access to the parking garage will be located off of NE 2nd St. Recycle and refuse staging will be accessed off the alley, with building and service loading entry from the alley. Building amenities and a leasing office will provide active uses along 106th Ave NE and NE 2nd St.
