450 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE
Jan. 11, 2021: R&R Mailbox access path & parking. Removed decaying timbers and rebar on muddy hillside path above the existing common driveway connecting the home to the roadside & mailbox location. Replaced with gray concrete retaining wall blocks in a sand-set pathway of stairs (in same locations as previous timbers). Gray concrete retaining wall blocks were placed alongside the path, replacing the cut dirt wall with retention approximately 36" tall at highest point (ranging from a low of 6" at each end of the path). Footprint of the replacement is the same as the original timber/mud path. Gravel was placed on the muddy ROW, with brick edge at the top of the path to stabilize the mud, provide clean parking and clean access to mailboxes.
Dec. 17, 2021: Permits issued.
