Jan. 31, 2021: ADA Remediation @ Robinswood Park. ADA remediation of public walkways connecting public sidewalk & accessible parking area to the Robinswood House entrances & select lawn areas. Work to be completed in (2) phases as shown on the site plan to ensure safe access to the on-site building during construction. Most work is restricted to areas where the existing concrete walkway will be removed and replaced with new concrete walkway that meets the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Only 540 sq ft of new concrete walkway will be constructed in areas that are adjacent to the existing walkway or on existing gravel walkways. No trees will be removed during the construction process.
May 19, 2021: Permits issued.
