2460 W LAKE SAMMAMISH PKWY SE Gas Install. *20-112876 EA* At the request of the land owner, Puget Sound Energy has been asked to provide a gas installation for a single family,
private residence at 2460 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Bellevue Washington, Parcel number 1224059153. This property falls within Shoreline Jurisdiction.
The gas line will be installed via underground boring and the only disturbance within Shoreline Jurisdiction would be a
small temporary hole to tie-in to the home. The proposed project is exempt from a substantial development shoreline
permit under Bellevue LUC 20.25E.170(C)(7) and is categorically exempt from SEPA review under WAC 197-11-800(23c).
This installation is a normal appurtenance for the use and enjoyment of a single-family residence. All work will be
located landward of the ordinary high water mark, will not impact any wetlands, require the removal of vegetation and all disturbance will be restored to original condition or better after completion of construction.
