1830 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE
March 22, 2021: 1830 W lake Sammamish Parkway NE - Gas Install. The property owner at 1830 W lake Sammamish Parkway, NE in Bellevue Washington has requested that PSE install a natural gas line to their home. This work is located within 200 feet of Lake Sammamish, resulting in it being regulated by the Shoreline Master Plan. Upon reviewing this project PSE has determined that this project is exempt from a shoreline substantial development permit under LUC 20.25E.170.C as it is the installation of an appurtenance connected to the use and enjoyment of a single-family residence. The project is located landward of the ordinary high water mark, is not in wetlands, and will not require the removal of any trees or vegetation. The line will be located underground and installed from Mallard Lane to the property owner garage. To install the gas line, PSE will excavate a 5X7 foot cut for the main tie-in, a 3-5 foot window cut for services, a 2X4 foot hole hog pit, and an 8 inch radius pothole. The work will include the excavation of approximately 7.34 cubic yards, which will also be filled, resulting in the total land disturbance being approximately 14.68 cubic yards. All disturbed surfaces will be restored to original condition or better upon completion of construction.
