The subject project concerns the redevelopment of an existing site parcel located in downtown Bellevue at the northwest corner of Bellevue Way NE and NE 4th Street, zoned DT-MU. The site is currently occupied by surface parking and a two-story parking garage totaling approximately 500 stalls. The proposed project is to redevelop the site for mixed retail, residential, hotel and spa uses with underground parking.
