April 5, 2021: Bellevue 600 Phase 2. Bellevue 600 Phase Two, along with Phase 1, will enrich downtown Bellevue with an office tower and inviting, activated open space at ground level. Located in the heart of the city and adjacent to both the Link Light Rail station and the Bellevue Transit Center, the site includes the existing Bellevue Corporate Plaza office building which will be demolished as part of this development. This project also includes an common areas and retail uses within its 4 story podium at the base of the building. The project is designed to welcome and connect people traveling to and from downtown Bellevue. It enhances the significant outdoor public plaza in the middle of the block and creates a vibrant pedestrian-friendly retail edge along NE 6th Street, which is part of The Grand Connection. The streetscape along 108th Avenue NE will also feature active retail and pedestrian-focused amenities intended to support neighboring residents, commuters and downtown workers. Bellevue 600 Phase Two, along with Phase 1, is designed to bring life to the downtown fabric of Bellevue.
