In addition, planting of leyland cypress hedge for road noise reduction. Client is requesting permission to remove four cherry trees in the ROW due to height restrictions in the Somerset CC+R. and proposes the replacement of these trees with four Adirondak Crabapples, native grasses, ground covers and shrubs in the ROW. Jute netting and hogs fuel mulch to be installed from back of curb to top of slope. No grading or disturbance of soils above the top of the slope in the 15' buffer zone. Existing lawn to remain in the 15' buffer zone. Guard rail/42"-48" ht fence proposed on the clients property at the top of the slope for safety.
