April 21, 2021: Solomon International Educational Center. Our client is interested in leasing 1800 square feet in the subject building to operate a private educational center. Solomon International School maintains larger institutions in Washington State and wishes to place this smaller education center in an existing building in Bellevue. Instruction will involve one certified instructor per one student or one instructor per two students. Most students will be grades 10 to 12 but Solomon is Washington State approved for grades 7th through 12. There will be a maximum of 10 students attending the center throughout each day, i.e., a morning shift and an afternoon shift. There would two staff and up to three instructors.
