May 10, 2021: Wang Residence. The lot is a corner lot, one street side to 112 ne one side , (the addressed side) facing ne 14th. And the problem is that if NE 14th is front, it only leaves for a 26 ft deep house, if 112 could be the front the north side of the lot would only need a 5 ft setback, and would allow the house to be 41 ft deep. also pretty shallow but a lot more designable. Savana told me traffic on 112 is the issue for not allowing it to be the front, but car access could be handled on ne 14th still. Would like to get guidance about how to do this.
