4839 Lakehurst Ln

May 17, 2021: 109137323 PSE Gas Install SHEX. At the property owners request, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) proposes to install gas service to a single family residence at 4839 Lakehurst Lane, Bellevue WA 98006. The preferred method of installation in this case is to use bore pits and directional boring methods to install gas lines from the existing gas main within Lakehurst Ln to a meter at the residence. All disturbances will occur within already improved surface. To accomplish this, there will be a four bore pits for a total of 8 cubic yards of disturbance. All bore bits are within regulated shoreline, designated Shoreline Residential. This project qualifies for a shoreline exemption under 20.25E.170(C)(7).
