June 8, 2021: Wu Short Plat. Short Plat preparation work for 12530 SE 52nd St, Bellevue. from LUZI@bellevuewa.gov: "The parcel you have purchased is located within the R-5 land use district. The minimum lot size within this zone is 7,200 square feet, as well as at least 60 feet in width and 80 feet in depth. There appears to be a garage on the south east side of the property. That would need to be removed to allow access to the rear lot." I am planning some remodel while try to make a future easement path in order to satisfied Short Plat requirements. I have attached a design in supplemental show how I modified the existing garage so there will be about 20ft access path from garage door to the property line. Back to my question, based on "Structure setback dimension from an access easement, 10 feet required", which means my future easement access path will be around 10ft width. Is this OK to meet all the Short Plat allow access to the rear lot requirements? Thank you.
