June 16, 2021: Sadis pier & covered moorage repair. Replace the existing solid wood-plank decking (794 SF) with Thru Flow grated decking (43% open space). Add intermediate stringers to support the grated decking. No work to existing piles, caps and stringers. Replace the existing covered moorage (851 SF) shakes with standing seam metal roofing. No work to existing framing and substructure.
