June 18, 2021: Raju Predevelopment Services Application. The project includes the demolition of an existing single-family residence and the construction of a single-family residence. Issues of concern to be discussed include; reduction of Steep Slope Setback, Stormwater Design and Required Setback from Drainage Ditch in back yard, relocation of Residential Driveway from joint driveway along south property line to new location along north property line. Confirm biologist report that the ditch is a drainage swale.
