July 19, 2021: SEA Larsen Lake. Verizon Wireless is proposing a modification to their existing WCF located on the rooftop of the building located at 15015 Main Street in Bellevue.

Requesting review of a proposed modification of an existing WCF to determine the permitting requirements. Verizon is proposing the modification which includes the removal of nine (9) antennas, three (3) RRUs and six (6) diplexers. The to complete the modification Verizon proposes to add thirteen (13) antennas (6 panels and 7 antenna/radio combos in which the radios are located within the antenna housing) for a net gain of 4 antennas and a net gain of six (6) RRUs of which none will be visible as a separate appurtenance. Verizon is also proposing to relocate six Verizon is also proposing to relocate 6 RRUs from the equipment area to the rooftop adjacent to the antennas to maximize the equipment performance. No other changes proposed for the equipment lease area.
