July 21, 2021: Land Use Code 20.20.720 Exemption. *21-115568 EA* Our 20' travel trailer is parked in our driveway 21' from 118th Ave SE and is shielded from the closest abutting property by a 10' laurel hedge (see plan sketch). In addition, the Prius parked in front of the trailer, driven primarily by my wife, has a current handicap windshield placard. We are requesting an exemption to land use 20.20.720 on the basis of either of the above provisions.
