Aug. 2, 2021: Surrey Downs BLA. Proposed BLA to separate future Sound Transit retained areas at the north end and along 112th Street NE and to adjust the remainder area into residential building lots that conform to the current zoning. One lot is proposed to be eliminated in order to meet the zoning and would like confirmation that this needs to happen since many of the previous lots were non-conforming (could original lot non-conforming lot areas be held in this BLA). Generally want an indication that proposed configuration will meet the City requirements and lead to an approved BLA once submitted.
