Aug. 30, 2021: 6033 Hazelwood predevelopment. Just to clarify, we have no building plans, no architect, and no potential project at this time. The type of questions for our property we have are listed below: We are looking for setback requirements on all sides so that we know what the allowable footprint would be. Does it matter if the house is attached to the garage or not? We want to know if there are encroachments on the property from the neighbors, how does that affect the setbacks? Does anything need to be done about that moving forward? How high can the structure be? What is the estimated square footage that came be built given the foot print? Currently the deck goes pretty much to the waterline, is that still okay when working on the plans? Does anything change based on remodeling what is there vs tearing everything down and starting fresh? Aside from topographical surveys, is there anything else someone would need to order to get their permit approved? Geotechnical, shoreline study, etc
