Oct. 14, 2021: COBT - 98th Ave SE and SE 11th St Slope Stabilization. The major features of the project include the construction of a new soldier pile wall at the southwest corner of the 98th Avenue SE (97th Place SE) and SE 11th Street intersection to prevent further moving of the slope and prevent undermining the roadway. The project will make stormwater improvements by providing additional of water from slopes on the east side of 98th Avenue SE and 97th Place SE to prevent future saturation of the slopes. The project also included the replacement of an existing water main; pavement overlay and mitigation for slope impacts.

June 17, 2022: Permits issued.
