Nov. 8, 2021: Evergreen Transition New Home. Demolish existing converted residential buildings on O zoned lots and constructed new vocational school program building for Evergreen Transition Program, currently located at Interlake High School site. Building will be 2 story with mechanical penthouse and pitched roof to comply with building height land use codes and will have dedicated on site parking to maximum extent feasible within site area, land use setbacks and buffers, and other considerations like refuse collection. Project may involve limited improvements on the Highland Middle School site across the street in support of a shared parking arrangement. This is the key question in this pre-application submittal.
