Nov. 22, 2021: Overlake Farms Sewer Extension. Sanitary sewer extension along 140th Avenue NE approximately between NE 37th Pl to NE 60th St as noted in the Sewer Plan and Profile Exhibit below. The total length of the sewer extension is approximately 4,250 linear feet. The lower 3,000 feet connects between existing sanitary sewer MH 20-203187 and MH 20-203144. The remaining 1,250 feet extend north from an existing manhole replaced with a new MH #14. The project scope includes trenching, excavating, and pavement restoration in kind after installation.
