Dec. 17, 2021: 24 Columbia Ky - Service Upgrade. At the request of the land owner, Puget Sound Energy is proposing to upgrade the gas service for the single family, private residence at 24 Columbia KY, Bellevue Washington, Parcel number 606530-0390. This property falls within the Shoreline Residential - Canal Jurisdiction of Bellevue. The project will involve two three foot by five foot work pits within the ROW and an open trench along the edge of the driveway, avoiding disturbance to the ornamental landscaping along the front of the home. All work will be located landward of the ordinary high water mark, will not impact any wetlands or other critical areas, and all disturbance will be restored to original condition or better after completion of construction. The proposed project is exempt from a substantial development shoreline permit under Bellevue LUC 20.25E.170(C)(1),(2) and (7) and is categorically exempt from SEPA review under WAC 197-11-800(23c) as this is the installation is a normal appurtenance for the use and enjoyment of a single-family residence.
