Dec. 21, 2021: Vulk Residential Concepts. I am considering 3 residential concepts for this house construction project that is based upon many conversations with the city land use experts. 

I believe each concept meets the land use requirements in terms of max height and max elevation requirements etc.

Each residence concept impervious area can be adjusted such that the impervious area is less than 2625SF including 2FT perimeter access.

It is understood that 2FT access is required around the residence.

A lot of effort has been put into these comments to minimize impacts to the site...including getting a 3D Lidar scan of the terrain so that very accurate data can be obtained.

Please review each of the 3 concepts attached to this Predev and comment upon:
1) Are all 3 permissible? If not, please make note of what is not permissible for each concept that is not permissible. 
2) Which concept is preferred by the city? 
3) If the residence is permissible but aspects of it are not, please make that clear. For example, "Concept 3 is permissible if the XYZ is removed." etc
