4024 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE

Dec. 30, 2021: 4024 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy -Gas Utility Upgrade. At the request of the land owner, Puget Sound Energy is proposing to upgrade the gas service for the single family, private residence at 4024 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Bellevue Washington, Parcel number 440660 0060. This property falls within the Shoreline Residential Jurisdiction of Bellevue. The project will be completed via underground boring originating from the ROW which is outside of the Shoreline Jurisdiction. Within the Shoreline Jurisdiction the project will require two to three small 2X2X2 foot pot holes and a 5X3X2 foot pit adjacent to the home to tie into and upgrade the meter. All work will be located landward of the ordinary high water mark, will not impact any wetlands or other critical areas, and all disturbance will be restored to original condition or better after completion of construction. The proposed project is exempt from a substantial development shoreline permit under Bellevue LUC 20.25E.170(C)(1),(2) and (7) and is categorically exempt from SEPA review under WAC 197-11-800(23c). This installation is a normal appurtenance for the use and enjoyment of a single-family residence.
