14400 NE Bellevue-Redmond Rd

Jan. 18, 2022: AMITY COURT | 14400 BEL-RED RD. The proposed project is a new multifamily residential building located in the City of Bellevue BR-CR. The scope of work includes the demolition of an existing two-story building. 
Proposed project is an eight-story fire protected building of Type IV-C construction. In addition, project includes 3 levels of Type I-A construction for below grade parking. The occupancies include residential R-2, accessory assembly A-3, and parking S-2. There are 193 residential units and common accessory residential amenities. A total of 200 parking stalls are provided at the below grade levels. 

To achieve the maximum FAR 2.0, the project will be using Tier 1a-Affordable Housing and Tier 1b-Parks & Streams per BMC 20.25D.090 FAR Amenity Incentive System.
