Jan. 28, 2022: COBT 120th Avenue NE (Stage 4) - NE 16th Street to Northup Way Multimodal Corrid. This project will widen 120th Avenue NE between NE 16th Street and Northup Way from a two-lane roadway to include a center lane that may be channelized as a left-turn lane, a two-way left-turn lane, or a median/center island. The two southbound through lanes will be extended from the southern project termini to NE 18th Street. The project will add new bicycle lanes and sidewalks or a shared-use path, as well as provide illumination, traffic signal system, intelligent transportation systems, channelization, signing, irrigation, and landscaping. This project will install stormwater drainage, flow control and water quality facilities, and realign and improve an existing culvert with a new fish and wildlife passable structure. Construction of this project may be phased.
