Feb. 11, 2022: New Hope International Church Expansion. Project is to construct a new 5,596 SF addition new construction for the New Hope International Church. New building will have assembly space of 2,914 SF. With a 400 SF Kitchen and new restrooms. Existing church will add +/- 2,132 SF new entrance /Lobby area to face SE 28th Street. Design will resemble and accentuate the current church features with pitched roof. Will use material of wood, glass and/or siding that mimics the current construction.

Propose adding an additional 39 parking stalls for a total of 133 parking stalls for the entire
building. Church staggers meeting times in order to meet growing demand if attendance enlarges.
