Feb. 18, 2022: Bellevue Main MDP. The proposed development is comprised of 2 separate multi-family structures built over a common, partially below grade parking structure. The front mid-rise structure (A-3 Perimeter Overlay along Main Street) will be 7 stories with approximately 120 apartments and 20,000 SF of office uses at ground level. The rear structure (B-3 Overlay) will be 23 stories with approximately 300 apartments. Approximately 400 stalls of parking will be provided in structure with 8 parking stalls along the internal drive lane., 11048 & 11044 Main Street
