Feb. 23, 2022: Claudiu VARIANCE . We're asking for our rear setback to be changed to a side setback since that side is our only one with a neighbor, because of special circumstances relating to the size, shape, topography, location and surroundings of our property ( located on the corner of 3rd street & 3rd PL),to be able to make an addition to our property.
 Every other property in our vicinity has a side setback so we would like to have this privilege too.
