March 2, 2022: COBU Valley Creek NE 21st Flood Control Project. The City is seeking to replace the existing undersized culvert underneath NE 21st Street with a larger fish-passable culvert and implement channel improvements the entire length between NE 21st Street and NE 20th Street. The Project is proposed to reduce flooding along NE 21st Street and improve fish and wildlife habitat. The Project is contained entirely within the City Right of Way, parcel 2725059003, and utilities easements. There was a previously permitted design, and this application is for a current updated design that is in progress. Location: Valley Creek from NE 20th Street to NE 21st Street
